Manufacturing and Client Relations Specialist

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant experience with fabrication project quoting and management
• Experience working in the custom metal fabrication industry ideal, but not required
• Exhibits strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to balance responsibilities
• Self-motivated with desire to work in a collaborative environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Primary brand ambassador, continually striving to build and expand B2B relationships
• Cultivate industry partner relationships
• Maintain and develop customer relationships, primarily in manufacturing and other allied industries
• Strive to exceed customers expectations regarding deliverables
• Follow established policies and procedures; modify practices as warranted
• Continuously monitor new trends and technology in manufacturing
• Attend industry related events and continuing education opportunities

• General communication, lead generation referencing historical data
• Respond timely and professionally to customer inquires and request for quotes
• Assemble information for accurate quotations in collaboration with production staff
• Prepare quotes for manufacturing projects in collaboration with production staff
• Provide product support to customer network
• Ensure all steps of the sales process are completed
• Collaborate with Senior Managers to ensure components are on hand for custom projects
• Further develop costing tools for production projects
• Strategize with leadership team to improve production practices to achieve economic gains
• Identify efficiencies leading to positive outcomes for the company and customers
