Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Agent or Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll work with both personal and commercial clients—providing exceptional service, helping clients understand their coverage options, and offering tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person communication
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing, and claims support
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Support sales initiatives and contribute to agency growth Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience • Sales experience (any industry)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
• College degree (any field)
• Licensed insurance agent with experience in personal or commercial lines
