Native Art Marketplace in Sauk County
Little Eagle Arts Foundation (LEAF) will open our Maawakacak (Ho-Chunk place name; English translation Sacred Earth) Art Studio in celebration of our fall harvest and our continued creative endeavors by our artists. Up to 10 LEAF roster visual artists will exhibit and sell their art. A LEAF culinary artists will provide visitors with a taste of Native foods from Three Sisters (corn, bean, and squash) soup to blueberry pudding.

Maawakacak art studio, 7560 US Hwy 12, North Freedom, WI 53951.
We share the same entrance as the Badger Ammunition Plant Museum. Follow the signs and continue due east for 400 yards. Visitors can also access our site via bicycle along the Great State Sauk Trail.
