ADRC Presentation: Elder Benefit Specialists (EBS) and the Disability Specialists (DBS)
Elder Benefit Specialists (EBS) and the Disability Specialists (DBS) at the ADRC.
EBS work with Sauk County residents age 60 and older on a variety of issues including but not limited to Social Security benefits, Original Medicare and the various options to go along with it as well as publicly funded programs such as Medicaid, Foodshare, etc.
DBS work with Sauk County residents ages 18-59 with issues primarily related to Social Security disability benefits, such as applications, appeals of denials, overpayments, etc. as well as assistance with publicly funded programs.
After providing a general overview, we will be happy to answer any more in depth or situationally specific questions participants may have related to topics within the scope of our services.
This presentation is by the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Sauk County, in partnership with the library.
