WERQout for Hope House
Join us for this empowering dance fitness class! All proceeds go to Hope House, which provides free services to people affected by domestic violence and sexual assault in Sauk, Columbia, Adams, Juneau, and Marquette Counties. Doors will open at 8:30 a.m. Studio space is limited. Bring your water bottle, fitness shoes, and your smile! You can wear purple for domestic violence awareness! WERQ (pronounced “work”) is the wildly addictive dance fitness class based on the hottest pop and hip-hop music. WERQ makes dance accessible with athletic dance moves and Top 40 Hits. It’s an effective cardio class that feels more like a dance experience. For more about WERQ, visit www.WERQfitness.com.
