Bats Live!
Ages 11 and under. These superheroes of the night sky are responsible for worldwide pest control, seed dispersal, pollination and more. Jennifer Redell, WDNR bat biologist, will teach about the importance of these amazing animals and unearth the mysteries of Wisconsin's bats. Learn about white-nose syndrome is affecting Wisconsin bats and find out how you can help bats in your neighborhood. Jennifer will be accompanied by live bat ambassadors, including a flying fox native to Africa!
