- Maintain cleanliness of the food truck, including regular sanitization of surfaces and equipment.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Stock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management.
Experience
- Previous experience in a culinary or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with grocery store operations or sales can be beneficial.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
