This workshop will touch on how the Integrated Leader is adept at building on her own strengths and competencies by being informed by others operating from their Purpose, Creative Competencies and who have integrated their own Reactive Tendencies. Together, they can hold space for what is emergent wisdom and collective consciousness. It’s time to expand beyond the individual to a shared leadership or collective Synarchy.
