Black history and politics in America, both in a historical and a contemporary context, highlighting under-appreciated stories from Black History, will be the subject of a talk by Dr. Frank C. King, Associate Professor and Program Coordinator of Ethnic Studies at UW-Platteville. The talk is free and open to the public.
