Come learn about deaf culture and American Sign Language! We’re pleased to welcome Julie Russotto from the Wisconsin Educational Services Program for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing! Julie, a Sign Communication Specialist with the WESP-DHH, will give a presentation about deaf culture, some basics of American Sign Language, and also talk about the outreach services the organization offers. This all ages event will take the place of the regularly scheduled ASL Language Lab in November.
The presentation will take place in the Program Room upstairs at the library on Monday, November 13 from 5-6 PM. All are welcome at this special event, regardless of age or sign language ability!
