ADRC Presentation: Aging Services
The ADRC provides the following Aging Services to Sauk County Older Adults: Nutrition (Meals on Wheels and Congregate Dining), Caregiver Support, Health Promotion, and Home and Community Based Services. We will give an overview of the Aging Services including eligibility criteria, cost/contribution, and how to access the service. Transportation options and Volunteer opportunities will also be discussed.
This presentation is by the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Sauk County, in partnership with the library.
