Sinatra Sings Sinatra - Al Ringling Theatre Grand Re Opening Celebration
Some Things Happen Only Once Every 100 Years!
Like the 100th Birthday of the Al. Ringling Theatre, the 100th Birthday
of Frank Sinatra, and our Grand Reopening Celebration!
We're Rolling Out the Red Carpet to Make a Brand New Start of the Next 100 Years.
Sinatra Sings Sinatra, As I Remember It is a one of a kind multi-media experience. In stories, photos, videos and songs, Frank Sinatra Jr. delivers first-hand recollections of life on and off stage with his iconic father. The Sinatra legend grew from his first hits with the big bands of Harry James and Tommy Dorsey to the Voice, as he became known, that made the bobbysoxers swoon. In later years he became known as Ol’ Blue Eyes, but who was the man? The show features excerpts from Sinatra's films, family photos and insights into the world’s greatest entertainer that can only come from his son. Above all, the evening is about the music of SINATRA. COME FLY WITH ME, NEW YORK, NEW YORK, STRANGERS IN THE NIGHT, and of course MY WAY, and many more will be backed by a band featuring many members who played with Sinatra Sr.
Frank Sinatra, Jr. was educated in the showrooms of Las Vegas and on stages all over the world. The songs of Sinatra need to be sung and Frank Jr. has inherited that honor. In song and style he pays homage to his father, the singer, the man, and the music that define the legend with his current show, “Sinatra Sings Sinatra”.
