Palmer's Circle of Trust\, a way of being together that facilitates dialogue and space for new - and even opposing - ideas to emerge for more productive meetings that build trust within your team.\n\nKrista Clements has worked as a coach\, consultant\, presenter\, and facilitator in living and emergent systems theory\, asset-based community development\, universal consciousness\, and leadership development for over a decade. She is certified as a Leadership Circle Profile and Collective Leadership Assessment practitioner\, in Ethical Leadership in Organizations\, Collaborative Leadership Development\, and Nonprofit Leadership Development. Krista's background includes experience in religious life and congregations\, holistic health communities\, small business development\, and the arts.
