Job Description
This position works primarily in Adams County
Hope House of South Central WI, Inc. is accepting applications for a full-time Outreach/Family Advocate. The Outreach/Family Advocate responds to the immediate health and safety of clients, provide supportive counseling to improve clients coping skills, overall functioning and ability to make decisions during stressful times, and provides other emergency services that are intended to restore the client’s sense of dignity and self-esteem. The Outreach/Family Advocate provides immediate access to trauma-informed direct services. Clients include primary and secondary victims/survivors of sexual violence and domestic violence. This position works collaboratively with community partners through the Coordinated Community Response Team (CCRT). This position participates in the On-Call Rotation.
