Job Description

The QTI Group is recruiting for a receptionist with strong customer service skills for our client in Baraboo. The ideal applicant will have prior office experience, working knowledge of all common office hardware, ability to multi-task, and prior working experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. This is a temporary to hire position with full time hours operating Monday through Friday and pay starting at $12.00 per hour.

  • Answer phones and greet clients
  • Arrange and clean-up conference rooms for client meetings
  • Other projects as assigned 

  • Experience with multi line phones
  • Must have prior customer service experience
  • Prior experience in a legal office preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Access
