Aging Mastery Program
This is a 10 week program and the core curriculum covers the following: Navigating Longer Lives: The basics of Aging Mastery, Exercise and You, Sleep, Healthy Eating and Hydration, Financial Fitness, Medication Management, Advanced Planning, Healthy Relationships, Falls Prevention, and Community Engagement.
